Hire a dispatcher who never sleeps
Every load handled. Every dollar tracked. Every night covered.
A rate confirmation lands and the load builds itself. Your driver gets it, your broker gets answered before he asks, the paperwork collects itself, and the invoice goes out the day it delivers. You stop being the dispatcher.

The board
Everything you need to know, in one window.
Every active load, who's on it, which truck and trailer, the reefer running at temperature, both appointments, how far along the trip is and exactly where the truck is sitting right now — plus the rate, the paperwork, and whether it's going to be on time.
FMCSA is wired in, so your safety score sits on the same screen instead of a website you keep meaning to check.
Live board from a working fleet. Names, load numbers and rates obscured.

Integrations
Keep the ELD
you already pay for.
Routy reads position and hours straight from the hardware in your trucks. No new devices on the dash, no rip-and-replace, no second subscription, no arguing your way out of a contract.
Plug in the one you have and the board fills itself in.
02:00
The work doesn't stop when the office closes.
While you sleep
It keeps working,
and it writes down
everything it did.
Speed warnings sent to the driver. A reefer drifting off target, caught in transit instead of at the receiver. Check-ins at the shipper, BOLs uploaded from the dock, brokers answered and their replies passed back to the truck.
You wake up, open one screen, and read the night.
What you get back
0
Check calls you answer. The update is sent before he reaches for the phone.
0 min
From signed BOL to invoice out the door. Not next Friday.
0/7
It doesn't take weekends and it doesn't call in sick.

App your drivers already have. Nothing to install, nothing to teach.
The dispatcher
Your drivers
never log in.
Sam runs dispatch inside Telegram — the app already on every driver’s phone. He sends the load, collects the BOL, answers the broker, watches the speed, and keeps working long after everyone else has gone home.

Who built this
Built by a carrier,
not a software company.
Routy was built in Phoenix by an owner-operator running a reefer fleet, because nobody was going to build it for us. Every part of it exists because something went wrong on a real load and shouldn't have.
It dispatches our trucks before it dispatches yours.
Early access
You never had a dispatch department.
Now you do.
We onboard a few carriers at a time so every one of them gets set up right. Leave your email and we’ll come to you.
No card. No demo call unless you want one.
